Over the years I have played many high activity sports, including hockey, netball, waterskiing, horse riding, jogging and lots of walking. A couple of years ago I began competing in triathlons and competed in my first Olympic Distance triathlon recently. I was ecstatic at how well my legs coped with the three hours of exercise and the following few days after the event. Even though I was fit prior to O2Body workouts, the exercise didn’t alter the size of my legs until using the Hypoxi. After a block of sessions in the Hypoxi not only did I have a reduction in weight, running became easier, even more enjoyable as my legs felt lighter and I reduced my running times. As an amateur sports competitor I highly recommend the Hypoxi as it has aided my enjoyment of sport and an added bonus my legs look great for my age.
Attending O2Body has such a lovely atmosphere and Dawn makes you feel so much at ease, is very encouraging with great advice for diet, general health and well being. Workouts on the FitVibe machine work, I have muscles in my abdomen, more tone over all, the fitvibe has strengthened my back and enhanced my sporting activities. Beats any other gym hands down!
