Since I have joined O2 Body using Hypoxi, my body shape has changed to what I have been trying to achieve for years. I see my pear shape and dimply legs diminishing! As a Pilates Instructor I highly recommend incorporating the vibration plate into your fitness program, it is an excellent machine to compliment your training as it facilitates all your muscles and also greatly helps to increase circulation. Over the years I have played many high activity sports, including hockey, netball, waterskiing, horse riding, jogging and lots of walking. I can’t say anything but positive things about Hypoxi 02 Body. 
I was made to feel welcome, and comfortable whilst using the latest and up to date equipment on offer. 
With Hypoxi I noticed a change in my body shape almost instantly, a decrease in cellulite and by the end of my 12 sessions I had lost 8kg.
It is easy and anyone can do it, I wasn’t exhausted using the machines, and this made keeping with the program so much easier.
